  • Yes, once the merchant ships and uploads the logistics information, FlyLink will send you an email. Please check your inbox.
  • After the merchant ships your order, you will receive an email with product information and tracking number. You can track your shipment on www.17track.net or the official website of the logistics company. For special shipping methods, please contact the merchant for detailed tracking information.
  • You can contact the merchant to report product issues, and they will process a refund if agreed.
